Last Course Patisserie is a small, independent patisserie based in Devon. Established in 1986, the company specialises in high quality, handmade cakes and desserts, which are made following authentic Swiss recipes. Headed by master patissier Philip Gyger, the bakers at Last Course use the finest quality ingredients, including fresh cream and Belgian chocolate, to produce their impressive range of patisserie, all of which is made on site at their small Devon kitchen.
